Shipments and returns

Items will be shipped within one week of purchase or less.

You'll see your shipping cost before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order (excluding sales tax) and are listed below.

These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground within the contiguous United States.

We charge a flat shipping rate of $25 to the Non-Continental US (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

International Shipping

International orders ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the order, which may take 6-10 days to receive. The shipping rate is determined by the weight of the product ordered.

You will be able to view the exact shipping cost prior to making any payment. After proceeding to checkout click where it says "Enter ship-to ZIP Code to calculate total order amount" then click on "Shipping outside U.S?" and select the country from the drop down menu. After clicking the update button your shipping cost will be added to the total.

Listed below are approximate international shipping rates for some of our products.

Shipping internationally may cause additional fees or duties when delivered. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

ORDER TRACKING

We will send you an email once your order is shipped. To decrease shipping costs, tracking numbers are not available for some items. If you would like to add a tracking number for your shipped items, please contact our customer service team for estimated costs.

Sales Tax
5% Sales tax will be applied at checkout to items shipped within Virginia.

Payment Information
Our authorized online retailer is PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay online. You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed.

Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All merchandise must be sent to a residential or business address.

Rush Delivery
If you require your order to be rush delivered, please contact our customer service team for estimated rush delivery costs.

Refusal of Delivery
If on delivery, our products or package is refused, you are responsible for the FULL shipping charges incurred. TrendyPeas.com will issue credit to the original buyer and credit card once the item is received at the warehouse, minus the cost of full shipping.

Invalid Shipping Addresses
If you provide an incorrect shipping address at the time of purchase, you are responsible for additional shipping charges to correct your order. Please review your order carefully before finalizing to avoid shipping address errors. If you find an error please contact us immediately.

Returns
We're happy to exchange, provide a store credit or reimburse you for NON customized merchandise that is returned within 15 days from the date of purchase. This only applies for orders shipped to the US. Returns are not accepted for orders shipped internationally.

Please email us for a return authorization number. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted.

After 15 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges.

All merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, in its original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return. Items returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days or not in its original condition will be returned to customer at customer's expense.

Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order, unless otherwise specified.

Due to customs fees, returns will not be accepted for international orders.
